I blinked. Another year...oh, well...
I did get around to making those speakers I mentioned.
Let's see...
I made some clones of the mini towers, and they are okay...still breaking them in.
I also made another pair that I am very impressed with - They are a mix of pioneer tweeters with bravox woofers meant to imitate some JBL's....
......I also upgraded the crossovers on the EPI 100's and removed the tweeter potentiometer-thingy and replaced the connects - forty year old parts.... the New England Sound is still there...just slightly refreshed....
But even better, a friend loaned me a pair of Tannoy's and I have to say that the sound is inspiring....I sense another clone in the works....
Anyway, I have been immersed in music, music, music.....and have not been doing all that much in the way of 3D.....still chipping away at tutorials, though. Maybe something will trickle through........
